📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • For handmade items, please allow additional processing time if stated in the product description.

⚡ Same Day Delivery (Lalamove – Within Klang Valley)

We offer Same Day Delivery via Lalamove for customers within the Klang Valley.

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. for same-day dispatch.
  • Orders made after 12:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business day.
  • Custom or handmade items are excluded from same-day delivery.
  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately.

Note: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, as re-delivery charges may apply.

🚚 Delivery within Malaysia

  • We ship via trusted local couriers such as PosLaju, J&T, or DHL eCommerce, depending on your location and delivery speed.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

📮 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered for certain promotions or minimum spend thresholds (see banner or checkout page for current offers).

🛑 Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are unable to refund or replace it if lost or stolen.
  • If your parcel is delayed, please allow some buffer time and check your tracking number before contacting us.
